Full refunds are possible (minus a handling fee) if we can fill your room with another delegate. Otherwise, our cancellation policy will be based on the Heron Island Cancellation Policy. 30 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations will incur a fee of 75% of the booking cancelled, unless this room can be filled by another delegate. Within 30 days prior arrival: Any room cancellations will incur a fee of 100% of the booking cancelled, unless this room can be filled by another delegate.
