Full refunds are possible (minus a handling fee) if we can fill your room with another delegate. Otherwise, our cancellation policy will be based on the Heron Island Cancellation Policy.

60 days prior to arrival: 50% room cancellation fee; 60-30 days prior to arrival: 75% room cancellation fee; within 30 days of arrival: 100% room cancellation fee.

We will endeavour to fill any cancelled rooms with new delegates as best we can.
