Conference Package
Package Costs include:
Conference Registration.
Accommodation: 5 nights arriving Wed 17th March 2027, departing Monday 22nd
March 2027. We recommend only 2 delegates sharing per room.
Transfers: Return boat transfers to Heron Island on the ‘Heron Islander’ (delegates
need to make their own way from Airport to Marina, generally by taxi). See ‘Getting
There’ tab for departure times.
Meals: Breakfast Buffet, Lunch (1 course), Dinner (2 course).
Bus transfer from Marina to Airport on Monday 22nd March.
Environmental Management Charge (EMC)
All accommodation/meals/transfer costs include a government 10% GST (Goods and
Services Tax)
If bringing a guest or family with children, please contact Ann Chidgey (ann.chidgey@monash.edu) for extra non-delegate costs.
Limited numbers of each room type are available and will be allocated on a first payment made basis. We will contact you to select an alternative room type, if your requested room type is no longer available, or if we need to place you on a waiting list for room availability.
Cancellation Policy
NOTE: We strongly recommend all delegates take out Travel Insurance to cover unforeseen events. Refer to Insurance and Cancellation tab for more information.
