Conference Package

Package Costs include:

  • Conference Registration

  • Welcome Reception

  • Accommodation: 5 nights arriving Wed 22nd March, departing Monday 27th March 2023. We recommend only 2 delegates sharing per room

  • Transfers: Return boat transfers to Heron Island on the ‘Heron Islander’ (note that bus transfers from airport to marina are no longer provided due to the reduced flight schedules)

  • Meals: 5 x Buffet Breakfast and Dinner (lunch at own expense)

  • Reef Tax: $21 per person

  • All accommodation/meals/transfer costs include a 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax)

Payment of full amount is encouraged, but 50% deposit can be made with final payment due by January 10, 2023.

If bringing a guest or family with children, please contact Ann Chidgey (ann.chidgey@monash.edu) for extra non-delegate costs.

Limited numbers of each room type are available and will be allocated on a first payment made basis. We will contact you to allocate the next room type up, if your requested room type is no longer available.

Cancellation Policy
