All room costs are based on twin share or sole occupancy. If you require a third adult, there will be extra room charges per night.

Conference Package
INCLUDES REGISTRATION, BOAT TRANSFERS, ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS (Breakfast/Dinner)
Package Costs include:
Conference Registration.
Accommodation, group discounted: 5 nights arriving Wed 17th March, departing Monday 22nd March 2027, based on twin share or sole occupancy. An additional person can be accommodated in family rooms at extra cost.
Transfers: Gladstone - Heron Island Return boat transfers on the ‘Heron Islander’ (delegates need to make their own way from Airport to marina, generally by taxi)
Meals: 5 x Buffet Breakfast and 2 course Dinner (lunch at own expense)
Environment Management Charge (ECM): $25.50 per person.
Bus transfer from Marina to Airport on Monday 22nd March.
All accommodation/meals/transfer costs include a 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax)
Note: We have managed to keep the Early Bird Rates only slightly higher than the costs for the 2023 conference. If bringing a guest or family with children, please contact Ann Chidgey (ann.chidgey@monash.edu) for extra non-delegate costs.
Limited numbers of each room type are available and will be allocated on a first payment made basis. We will contact you to select an alternative room type, if your requested room type is no longer available, or if we need to place you on a waiting list for room availability.
Cancellation Policy
We strongly recommend all delegates take out Travel Insurance to cover unforeseen events. Refer to Insurance and Cancellation tab for more information.
